City of Salem Planning Board
The City of Salem Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing pursuant to G.L. c. 40A, s. 5 with the Salem City Council on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at 6:30 pm, at City Hall, Council Chambers, 93 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts on the proposed zoning amendment to amend Article VII, Sec. 7-15 of the City of Salem Zoning Ordinance. The proposed text amendment is to include the Business Park Development District in this list of districts eligible to receive a special permit for a planned unit development in accordance with all requirements of the Ordinance.
The purpose of the public hearing is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment on the proposed change to the Salem Zoning Ordinance.
The complete text of the proposed amendment, as well as the zoning map, is on file at the Department of Planning & Community Development, 120 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts, and is available for review during regular business hours.
