Meeting Called to Order
The meeting is called to order by Vice Chair Tuttle at 5:31pm
Visitors
Liz Rogers – Canceled due to information from the City’s insurance company that city property with Bee Hives would not be insured. Community Gardens are unable to move forward with bee hive plans
Parks & Facilities
Discussion about the City applying for a seasonal liquor license at Ole Salem Greens Golf Course. Burke asked if it was going to be a seasonal. Partanen mentioned if we can’t find anyone to run it than having a liquor license ourselves would allow us to designate a manager and move forward with operating it in house.
Shea motions for approval for Park and Recreation to apply for a liquor license, Callahan seconds; motion is anonymously approved
