MEETING NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Salem Licensing Board will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015 at 6:45 p.m., at City Hall Annex, 120 Washington Street in the third floor conference room.

 

AGENDA

 

1.      Application for new/renewals of Street Performers Licenses. Applicants: Shawn Darsney, Alexander Furth, Carmelo Rizzo, Alison Schwartz, Christian Rand, Michael Tucker, Peter Murphy and Eric Letendre.

2.      Applications for 11 One Day Liquor Licenses on various dates between 9/6-11/15/2015, all for Wedding Receptions from 4-10pm, none more than 175 people. Applicants: Robin Perry, representing Hamilton Hall.  

3.      Application for a One Day Liquor License for 7/25/15 at House of the Severn Gables for a Birthday Party from 5:30-9:30pm. Applicant: Tara Singleton.

4.      Application for a renewal of a sub licensee Fortunetellers license for Enchanted. Applicant: David Newman.

5.      Application for a renewal of a sub licensee Fortunetellers license for Crow Haven Corner. Applicant: Angelique Griffin.

6.      Application for a renewal of a sub licensee Fortunetellers license for Magika. Applicant: Richard Wendt.

7.      Application for a renewal of a Store Fortunetelling License. Applicant: Green Tea Yoga, Colonial Road

8.       Application for a Lodging House at 6 Monroe Street. Applicant: Peter Copelas.

9.       Application for a Class II Auto Dealers License.  Applicant: Maxima Auto Sales, Corp., 41 Boston Street.

10.   Discussion regarding the transfer of the Brisas del Caribe Liquor License.

11.  Discussion with Black Lobster, Bridge Street regarding their Entertainment License.

12.  Discussion with OKEA Sushi and Grill on Jefferson Ave regarding applying for a Seasonal Liquor License.
