MEETING NOTICE
Notice is hereby that a meeting of the Salem Licensing Board will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 4:00~p.m., at City Hall Annex, 120 Washington Street in the third floor conference room.
AGENDA
- Application for a One Day Liquor License on August 26th from 5:30-10:00pm at House of Seven Gables. Applicant: Synventive Molding Solutions for a business dinner.
- Application for a One Day Liquor Licenses on September 6, 2014 from 6:00-10pm at Ames Hall. Applicant: Salem YMCA for a fundraiser.
- Application for a Transfer of an Annual All Alcohol License from L. Cappuccio to RCG LLC at 94 Lafayette Street.
- Hearings for Black Lobster, 2 Bridge Street, regarding 1) Violation of Entertainment License; 2) Violation of Liquor License – over serving and lack of proper permits.
- Old/New Business
- Approval of Meeting Minutes from July 22, 2014.
