MEETING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 39, Section 23A and 23B of the Massachusetts General Laws, that a meeting of the Salem Licensing Board will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the third floor conference room, at City Hall Annex, 120 Washington Street.
AGENDA
1. Application for a Change of Manager & Change of Corporate Name. Applicant: Stonehenge Tavern, Inc. d/b/a Finz, 76 Wharf Street.
2. Application for a Common Victuallers License. Applicant: F.S., Inc. d/b/a Bob’s Famous Fried Clams, 400 Highland Ave.
3. Application for a Class I Auto Dealers License. Applicant: Hometown Auto Framingham, Inc. d/b/a North Shore Mazda at 309-311 Highland Ave, 303 Rear Highland Ave, 4,5, & 6 Green Ledge Street and 1 Swampscott Road.
4. Application for One Day Liquor License for two days in August 2013 for the Salem Jazz &Soul Festival and for Entertainment Licenses May through August 2013 for Derby Square and August 2013 at the Salem Willows. Applicant: Matt Caruso, Salem Jazz & Soul Festival.
