HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 39, Section 23A and 23B of the Massachusetts General Laws, that a meeting of the Salem Licensing Board will be held on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. in the third floor conference room, at City Hall Annex, 120 Washington Street.
AGENDA
1. Application for two sub-licensee’s for HEX. Applicants: Gloria Appacella and Kyri Spencer.
2. Discussion with some of the licensees regarding the status of their liquor licenses.
3. Hearing with Lafayette Market.
4. Hearing with In a Pig’s Eye.
5. Hearing with The Lyceum.
6. Hearing with Green Land Café.
7. Vote to approve applications for 2011 for Liquor, Auto I, II and III dealers, and Common Victualler’s.
8. Vote to approve reducing Liquor License fees for pouring licenses.
