HOMELESS OUTREACH PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
July 20, 2011
A meeting of the Homeless Outreach Program Advisory Committee was held on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 10:00 am at 120 Washington Street, Salem, MA. Present were Carlton Beaver of Lifebridge and Jane Guy of the City of Salem Department of Planning and Community Development.
Mr. Beaver stated that Tim Sweeney has taken over as the sole Outreach Worker.
Ms. Guy reviewed the Heritage Days calendar and stated that she would like to see Mr. Sweeney make an appearance at the events that are in the downtown and that involve families, such as the Pizza on the Common and Ice Cream Bowl on the Common.
Mr. Beaver stated that there were no incidents to report.
The next meeting will be September 14, 2011.
