Notice of Site Visit

45 Federal Street
The City of Salem Design Review Board (DRB) will hold a site visit at 45 Federal Street on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the site visit is to inspect the property on site, which is a multi-family residential building. The applicant/property owner presented a proposal to the DRB at its regular meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 that outlined replacing all windows and siding on the building. At that time, the DRB approved a continuance of this matter until after a site visit was performed.
