*co-posted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chamber on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose discussing the following subject matters:
1. *Authorizing an agreement with Algonquin Gas Transmission relative to their construction of a pipeline, Grant license to work on city owned land, granting permanent easements over certain City parcels, and authorizing an Order of Taking with respect to easements on city owned parcels,
2. Discuss a plan to help the elderly and disabled with snow removal
3. Discuss amending an ordinance relative to Ch. 38 Sec. 13 – Removal of Snow from Sidewalks
