        There will be a Meeting of the City Council Committee on Administration and Finance co-posted with the Committee of the Whole to be held in the City Council Chambers on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of taking up a five year contract with Boston Harbor Cruises for the operation of the Salem Ferry.
