        The Salem City Council Committee on Ordinances, Licenses and Legal Affairs Co-posted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chamber on Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 6:30 P.M., for the purpose of discussing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the construction of a new water tower off Highland Ave.
