Dear Councillor:

        The City Council Committee on Government Services co-posted with the Committee of the Whole will meet in the City Council Chamber on Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. followed by a Special Meeting of the City Council at 7:15 P.M., for the purpose of discussing acceptance of Mass. General Law Ch. 71, Section 37M relative to the consolidation of administrative functions with the city.
