Monday, December 1, 2008 at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of taking up Unfinished Business relative to second passage of a Zoning Ordinance amendment relative “Planned Unit Developments”. Notice of this meeting was posted on November 26, 2008 at 10:41 A.M.

SECOND PASSAGE - ORDINANCE amending Zoning Sec. 7-15 Planned Unit
Development, by adding Business Park Development District to be included in the list of
districts eligible to receive a special permit for planned unit development.
