Monday, July 6, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of a Supplemental Appropriation for the FY2010 Police Department Budget and Traffic Ordinance for Broadway. Notice of this meeting was posted on July 2, 2009 at 11:58 A.M.
Absent were:
Council President Paul Prevey presided.

C. moved to hold an Executive Session, and at the end of the Executive Session the Special Meeting will continue.
