A Regular Meeting of the City Council held in the Council Chamber on Thursday,

March 25, 2010 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of transacting any and all business.  Notice of
this meeting was posted on March 19, 2010 at 9:22 P.M.
        

             Council President Robert McCarthy presided.
