A Regular Meeting of the City Council held in the Council Chamber on Thursday,

December 8, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of transacting any and all business.  Notice of
this meeting was posted on December 2, 2011 at 9:51 A.M.  This meeting is being taped and is live on S.A.T.V.
