A Regular Meeting of the City Council held in the Council Chamber on Thursday,

July 14, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of transacting any and all business.  Notice of
this meeting was posted on July 8, 2011 at 11:34 A.M.  This meeting is being taped and is

live on S.A.T.V.

       Council President Ryan presided.

ORDER: Effective July 1, 2011 that the Sewer rates be increased by 2% and that the Water rates be increased 3% to offset the FY 2012 Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund budget increases.
