A Regular Meeting of the City Council held in the Council Chamber on Thursday, October 11,  2012 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of transacting any and all business. Notice of this meeting was posted on October 4, 2012 at 6:07 P.M.  This meeting is being taped and is live on S.A.T.V.
