A Regular Meeting of the City Council held in the Council Chamber on Thursday,
February 26, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of transacting any and all business. Notice of this meeting was posted on February 19, 2015 at 4:22 P.M.  This meeting is being taped and is live on S.A.T.V.
