A Joint Public Hearing with the Planning Board and the City Council was held in the Council Chamber on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 7:00 P.M., for the for the purpose of discussing taking up an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance relative to Section 8.1.2.2(a) to update Flood Hazard District Boundaries, and Base Flood Elevation and Floodway Data to incorporate the Essex County Flood Insurance Rate Map panels updated on July 16, 2014. Notice of this meeting was posted on April 10, 2014 at 5:16 P.M. and advertised in the Salem News on April 2, 2014 & April 9, 2014.
