A Regular Meeting of the City Council held in the Council Chamber on Thursday,
July 18, 2013 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of transacting any and all business. Notice of this meeting was posted on July 11, 2013 at 6:39 P.M.  This meeting is being taped and is live on S.A.T.V.

Changing the Mayor shall submit to the City Council within 180 days to 120 days and 2.
