A Regular Meeting of the City Council held in the Council Chamber on Thursday,
June 13, 2013 at 7:00 P.M., for the purpose of transacting any and all business. Notice of this meeting was posted on June 6, 2013 at 6:38 P.M.  This meeting is being taped and is live on S.A.T.V.

Councillor Sosnowski offered the following report for the Committee on Ordinances, Licenses and Legal Affairs to whom was referred the matter of denial of Taxi Operator Licenses has considered said matter and would recommend that the taxi operator license for David Crawford be approved and in the future any taxi operator who fails to appear after twice being notified to appear for a hearing, the denial of license shall be upheld.

Councillor Sosnowski offered the following report for the Committee on Ordinances, Licenses and Legal Affairs to whom was referred the matter of Paranormal Tours expired exemption has considered said matter and would recommend that the exemption be granted with the following conditions 1) exemption expires on December 31, 2013 (2) limit 16 per tour (3) limit two tours at one time (4) stay between Church Street and Charter Street pending no problems with other tour guides.
