Will hold a site visit at Aggregate Industries at 140 and 216-226 Swampscott Road on July 25, 2013 at 5:15 p.m., prior to the Conservation Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting. The purpose of the site visit is to inspect the property where construction of a vegetated berm is proposed within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL c.131§40 and Salem’s Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance, c.50.
