Will hold a site visit at 11R Winter Island Road on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. The purpose of the site visit is to inspect the project site where 11R Winter Island LLC, 30 Federal Street, Salem, MA has proposed the demolition of an existing house and construction of a new house and appurtenances within buffer zone to coastal bank, coastal beach, and salt marsh.
