Will hold a site visit at 72 Flint Street (Former Salem Suede Property) on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the site visit is to inspect the project site where Michael O’Brien, 5 Broadmoor Lane, Peabody, MA has proposed the removal of slabs and footings and remediation of contaminated materials within riverfront area, land subject to coastal storm flowage, and buffer zone to coastal bank.
