Will hold a site visit at 8 and 10 Franklin Street on Thursday, October 28 at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the site visit is to inspect, after the fact, the project site where the following activities have been conducted: clearing and grading within a Riverfront Area and Land Subject to Coastal Strom Flowage at 8 and 10 Franklin Street.
