Meeting Minutes—April 26, 2007 and May 17, 2007
Continuation of a Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-426— A & H Auto Exchange Inc., 15 Robinson Road, Salem, MA. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the construction of stormwater control structures located within a buffer zone to an inland bank and BVW and culvert a portion of an intermittent stream, pursuant to a DEP Consent Order, at 15 Robinson Road.
Continuation of a Public Hearing— Notice of Intent—DEP #64-447—MRM Project Management, LLC, 9 Abbott Street Beverly, MA 01915. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the removal of debris and invasive vegetation from the site, construct test pits~and install borings to characterize subsurface conditions, conduct limited site re-grading and stabilization work,~and locate and remove two underground~storage tanks. The proposed work will occur within Riverfront Area, land subject to coastal storm flowage, and buffer zone to coastal bank at 64 Grove Street.
Public Hearing—Request for Determination of Applicability—Aquatic Control Technology representing the City of Salem, 57 Orne Street Salem, MA. The purpose of the hearing is for a determination of work related to an aeration and chemical treatment at Sargent and Fountain Ponds.
Public Hearing— Notice of Intent— Mark & Sandra Connelly, 26 Hardy Street, Salem, MA 01970. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the installation of a stairway from the seawall to the mudflats located within coastal bank and land under the ocean at 26 Hardy Street
Public Hearing— Notice of Intent—Manuel Silva 121 Green Lane Middletown, RI 02842. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the rebuilding of a camp residence, storage shed, and elevated walkway located with the buffer zone to Coastal Bank on Tinkers Island.
Public Hearing— Notice of Intent— Costa Sideridis, 2 Autumn View, Salem, MA 01970. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the construction of a home, stabilization of a bank, planting and landscaping within the buffer zone to BVW at 12 Buena Vista Ave (West).
Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-434—Town and Country Homes 532 Lowell Street Peabody, MA 01960. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the revised proposal for construction of residential and stormwater management facilities associated with a subdivision off Clark Avenue To be continued until June 14, 2007.
