Meeting Minutes—November 30, 2006

Continuation of a Public Hearing— Request for a Determination of Applicability— Osborne Hills, P.O. Box 780, Lynnfield, MA  01940.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed grading and landscaping of approximately 25 sf of driveway in the buffer zone of BVW on Lot 6 off of Marlborough Road.

Continuation of a Public Hearing— Request for a Determination of Applicability— Osborne Hills, P.O. Box 780, Lynnfield, MA  01940.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed construction of a boulder wall, grading and landscaping in the buffer zone of BVW on Lot 31 off of Marlborough Road.

Continuation of a Public Hearing— Notice of Intent— Osborne Hills Realty Trust, P.O. Box 780, Lynnfield, MA  01940.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed construction of a retaining wall, utility connections, landscaping and grading in the buffer zone of BVW on Lot 4 off of Marlborough Road.
