·       Discussion/vote to appropriate funds to update the Salem Open Space and Recreation Plan.
·       Request for an Extension Permit for Order of Conditions—DEP #64-354— Ciba Specialty Chemicals, P.O. Box 71, Oakridge Parkway, Toms River, NJ  08754.  Former Hamblet and Hayes located at One Colonial Road.  
·       Request for a Certificate of Compliance—DEP #64-362—119 Marlborough Road, Salem, MA.  
·       Update on 7 Laurier Road Violation—Submittal of plating and replication plan.

Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-422—Richard & Susan Bresnahan, 60 Bay View Avenue, Salem, MA.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss repairs to an existing granite seawall within a Coastal Beach, Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage at 60 Bay View Avenue.

Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-424—David Jalbert, 75 North Street, Salem, MA.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the addition to an existing building located within a Riverfront Area, Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage at 75 North Street.

Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-425—Massachusetts Electric Company, d.b.a National Grid, 55 Bearfoot Road, Northborough, MA 01532.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the removal, replacement, and addition of equipment within the existing substation yard and the installation of approximately 250 linear feet of buried duct bank within a Riverfront Area, Buffer Zone to a Costal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage at 25 Peabody Street.

Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—Neptune LNG, LLC, One Liberty Square, 10th floor, Boston, MA  02109.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the construction of an underwater, buried gas transmission pipeline in association with its proposed Deepwater Port, located offshore in Massachusetts Bay.
Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-423—Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC, 890 Winter Street, Suite 300, Waltham, MA 02451.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the Northeast Gateway Lateral Pipeline Project in Salem, which includes modifications to the existing meter station as well as 1.63 miles of pipeline, located offshore in Massachusetts Bay.

Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-414—Salem State College, 352 Lafayette Street, Salem, MA.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed construction of a new NCAA Baseball Field on the GTE/Sylvania Glass Landfill Cap and the existing baseball field (Jackman Field) at 71 Loring Avenue.  The project will occur in a Riverfront Area, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage, Coastal Bank, and buffer zone to a Costal Bank.
Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—The City of Salem, 120 Washington Street, Salem, MA. The purpose of this hearing is to discuss improvements to and existing embankment within a buffer zone to an inland bank and to install a check valve on the existing outfall pipe at Brook Street.

Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-416—Karen Venezia, 2 Cedarview Street, Salem, MA.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the construction of a stone retaining wall within a Riverfront Area at 2 Cedarview Street.

Continuation of Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—DEP #64-413—Pasquanna Developers, Inc., 31 Collins Street Terrace, Lynn MA 01902.  The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the activities associates with the implementation of a Release Abatement Measure (RAM) Plan within a Buffer Zone to Costal Bank and Riverfront Area at 18 Thorndike Street.

Public Hearing—Request for Determination of Applicability— City of Salem Park and Recreation Commission, Salem, MA.  The purpose of the hearing is for a determination of work related to the re-identification of the original 1930 circulation paths, upgrade of 2 small bridges, and identification of a new ADA Remote Viewing Area within a buffer zone to BVW and a coastal bank at Pioneer Village in Forest River Park.

Public Hearing— Request for Determination of Applicability—Salem Play Areas for Canine Exercise (SPACE), P.O. Box 8875 Salem, MA.  The purpose of the hearing is for a determination of work related to the construction of a fenced area for dogs within a riverfront area, land subject to coastal storm flowage, and buffer zone to a coastal bank at Leslie’s Retreat Park.

Public Hearing—Notice of IntentDEP #64-426— A & H Auto Exchange Inc., 15 Robinson Road, Salem, MA.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the construction of stormwater control structures located within a buffer zone to an inland bank and BVW and culvert a portion of an intermittent stream, pursuant to a DEP Consent Order, at 15 Robinson Road.

Public Hearing—Notice of Intent—Anne Pelletier 31 Ravenna Avenue, Salem, MA.  The purpose of this hearing is to discuss the after-the-fact clearing of vegetation in a portion of BVW and buffer to BVW and Inland Bank at 31 Ravenna Avenue.
