Minutes of Cemetery Commission on Tuesday, May 13, 2014
Meeting began at 6:45pm and ended at 8:00pm.
Present: Joanne Mizioch, Ruth Kapnis, Pat Donohue, Jackie Eng, Ron Malionek
Absent: Anthony O’Donnell
- Pat will look into finding someone to record meetings
- Cemetery will hire an intern to upgrade burial records into computer system
- Kelly will research surrounding city/town cemetery fees to compare with Salem’s pricing
- Ron will ask Salem Police to add extra patrols through Greenlawn
- Cemetery to install extra NO FISHING signage and Cemetery Rules signage in Broad St., Howard St. and Greenlawn
- Board approved purchase of new mower and trimmers
- Next meeting scheduled for 7/8/14
