The Regular Meeting of the Salem Council on Aging will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the office of the Council, 5 Broad Street, Salem, Massachusetts.

A vote will be taken to waive the reading of (or read) and accept (or amend) the Minutes
The previous meeting held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012.
2. COMMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CHAIRPERSON
· The Chairman will discuss the changes taking place at the COA in personal and elections for September for Board positions.
3. REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/Assistant Director
· Activities - Update on Programs and Special events coming up for September
· Attendance Report - Transportation, Social Service & Nutrition attendance will be reported
· New positions filled at the COA – Trans Coordinator, Van Drivers, Afternoon receptionist and Activity Director
· Update on Heritage week activities
