City of Salem – Board of Assessors
Regular Meeting Thursday October 8, 2009
The Meeting opened at 6:00 P.M. with Chairman Richard Jagolta and assessors Donald T. Bates and Damian Johnson present.
Under discussion were the ongoing state mandated cyclical inspections. The board evaluated progress thus far and discussed appropriate timelines for their completion.
The board reviewed and discussed a 3ABC form submitted by HAWC.
Under discussion were tasks to be completed prior to this year’s classification hearing, including valuations.
Also under discussion was the pending FY09 ATB case for 9 Osborne Street. The board also took note of prior year ATB cases that are still outstanding.
The meeting adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
