Regular Meeting Thursday July 9, 2009

The Meeting opened at 6:00 P.M. with Chairman Richard Jagolta and assessor Donald T. Bates present.

The board met with Mike Whelan from the Salem Harbor Community Development Corporation to discuss abatements granted to several properties (listed below).  The meeting remained open until Thursday, July 6, at which point the CDC and the Board of Assessors agreed to the following settlements.

The following requests for abatement of FY 2009 Real Estate tax were submitted to the Board under provisions outlined in Chapter 59, Section 59 and were subsequently approved.
