Acceptance of Previous Minutes from April 9, 2014 meeting
-Jen makes a motion to accept minutes, Anita second

pool estimates- $26,618.00 (Austin Pool Repair)
- $62,500 (Ferrari Pools & Patios)
- FinComm thinks we need to pay DPW for his service

Basketball program review:
k-3 not happy with too much skills and not enough games
Rusty gets paid to run things and to ref and get free gym time
Try to reign in gym times instead of booking up all school gyms all the time
Figure out a way to balance skills and scrimmage
Pool Repair:
Jen makes a motion to accept the bid of Austin Pool Repair and have Gary go forward with repairs, Mark second- all in favor (6-0)
Recreation Director Report- Kelly
Charge CIT’s $25 for t-shirt and first aid class
June 25th concert is at noon- maybe evening would be better and people could bring picnic dinner
Scholarship request taken care of by a private party
Jen makes a motion to put $55 towards the rest so that child can go 4 full weeks, Jaime second- all in favor (6-0)
Next meeting scheduled June 4, 2014 at 7pm in Community Center
