RDIC Meeting: Tuesday, 4/23/19
Town Hall Annex
Attendees: Mike Sullivan, Karen Greenwood, Brie Kriegel (Administrative Assistant), Dick Williams, Doug Briggs, Michele Van Reet
Not Present: N/A
Meeting called to order by Mike at 5:04 p.m.
- Review Previous Minutes: Dick made motion to accept minutes with corrections, Karen seconded, motion passed. Doug and Michele abstained
- HPDD Review Board Update (Jim Purington): Jim was voted in and Mike will email him to let him know but he has not been sworn in yet; Mike will send a letter; Reviewed other member of committee: Mike, Doug, and Brett Rusk will no longer be members; Chris Senecal and Dick Williams will remain; Michele will take Doug’s place on committee and possibly Eric Bigelow from Conservation, Dick will contact him
- HPDD Deed (Sign): Mike got copy of new deed since we’ve owned property;
- RFP Update: Now complete and has been reviewed by Town Administrator; Mike Nicholson will sign; Doug motioned to have Town Administrator release RFP, Dick seconded and unanimously voted;
- o Dates: Dates need to be put in; May 1st to be date is available to public
- o Abutters: Town Administrator needs to contact abutters
- Fence Painting: No update
- HPDD Solar Update (Sign): Mike has signed it and sent to Beth Greenblat
- Transportation Bond Bill: Michele went to Select Board about it; They know it’s there and will wait until next year when school comes off of tax roll; Doug will call Weston & Sampson to get an estimate;
- New/Old Business: Are we going to do appraisal on Heights property? Karen will send information to Town Administrator to decide; Dick would like to wishing well dug up; Dick would like grass mowed, Mike will contact DPW to mow; Michele was at meeting for Select Board where they talked about abutters to Rutland Heights & she asked about public hearing which will come after lease is signed;
