Community Hall Annex
Meeting opened at 6:35. Attending: Doug Briggs, Mark O’Clair, Michele Van Reet
Visitors: Mr. Dick Williams, Ms. Margaret Nartowicz (Town Administrator)
- Review and approve past minutes - none
- HPDD/RFP any questions from RFP – Barton is concerned with HPPD. They will meet next week.
HPDD Review Board Meeting
- Tree cutting discussion – Briggs is concerned about tree cutting proposed on Lot 1 because the RFP has already been posted. We will wait for proposals, then notify Barton that we will be doing this as part of the negotiations. They need proper notification. We need to post an RFP.
- Old/New Business – Margaret Nartowicz informed us that the DEP sent a notice of non-compliance for AUL (the dump area). We have 90 days to respond and Margaret will take care of it. We are on the schedule to meet with FinCom on 2/18/16 at 7PM for the RDIC budget.
