Minutes of 2/19/15 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:30 Doug Briggs, Mike Sullivan, Mark O’Clair and Attorney Paul Cranston.
- Reviewed and accepted minutes of 2/12/15.
- Board agreed to split site #2 into two parcels.
- Board decided to restructure RFP to be site specific to three sites.
- Attorney Cranston will send out new RFP with P&S.
- Composition and term of HPDD board will be discussed at next meeting.
- Meeting adjourned at 7:15.
- Next meeting 2/25/15.
