Minutes of 2/12/15 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:30 Doug Briggs, Mike Sullivan, Mark O’Clair, Tom Dufault, Michelle VanReet and Attorney Paul Cranston.
- Attorney Cranston outlined issues with proposal.
- Board agreed to refuse Barton Associates proposal.
- Board decided to restructure RFP to be site specific to three sites.
- RFP will be published by 2/27/15, site inspection on 3/14/15, deadline for questions on 4/22/15 and proposal due by 4/30/15.
- Attorney Cranston will send out notice of refusal indicating new RFP and resubmission opportunity.
- Reviewed and accepted minutes of 2/5/15.
- Chairman discussed member obligations and criteria for continued membership in the RDIC.
- Meeting adjourned at 7:45.
- Next meeting 2/19/15.
