Meeting opened @ 6:35 Michelle Van Reet, Doug Briggs, Mike Sullivan, Mark O’Clair and Tom Dufault.
- Reviewed Barton Associates proposal.
- Board agrees to the fact that this is a valid bid – subject to town counsel review
- RDIC board made following recommendations:

C - 5 - names of principal owners and addresses
6 – applicable / non-applicable
E – print name for signature
Page 8 Additional Considerations
- Surveyed by town – no waived fees
TIF would require town meeting – closing closer to Rutland – financing would require a letter of credit
Page 9 – no right of first refusal
Page 10 – IX – traffic light issue will be reviewed
