Minutes of 7/13/15 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:30 Doug Briggs, Mike Sullivan, Mark O’Clair and Tom Dufault. Michelle VanReet attended via phone. Matt Lavoie was a guest visitor.
- Matt Lavoie expressed interest in the HPDD position. The next candidate – Bonnie Bessie – will be called to next meeting.
- Board agreed to accept hold harmless and indemnification agreement of Barton proposal.
- Board agreed to changes with purchase and sale and accepted final document and proposal for signature.
- Tom Dufault spoke on DCAM/DEP issues with site and there are none at this time. Any further issues with site will be covered by state. Tom also indicated that Pare Corp. is working on the roadway certification.
- Adjourned at 6:55.
- Next meeting is Thursday 7/23/15 at 6:30.
