Minutes of 7/14/14 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:45 Mark O’Clair, Doug Briggs, Michelle Van Reet and Tom Dufault. Dick Williams was a guest in attendance.
- Reviewed and approved minutes of 6/18/14.
- RFP published in newspapers.
- Dick Williams brought up concern about flagpole.
- No show for walkthrough on 6/21/14.
- No update on haying fields at RH or wood cutting.
- Contact made with Flo-design to have equipment on property removed, property returned to normal and wind data. Plan in the works.
- Invoice for Landmark for $105.00 – board agreed to pay. Dono and Assoc. bill approved for payment.
- Next meetings are scheduled for 7/16 @ 2:00 pm (to accept proposals) and 7/21 @ 6:30 am.
- Meeting adjourned at 7:30.
