Minutes of 6/18/14 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:32 Mike Sullivan– Chairman, Mark O’Clair, Doug Briggs and Tom Dufault. Mike Pantos and Gary Kelleher were present.
- Reviewed and approved minutes of 6/10/14.
- RFP needs to be published in newspaper advertisement for two weeks prior to July 16th.
- Doug will forward RFP advertisement to Town Hall for the newspapers.
- Walk through is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on 6/21/14.
- No update on haying fields at RH.
- A RFP for lumber harvest has not been produced to date.
- No further development with Flo-design to have equipment on property removed, property returned to normal and wind data.
- Site visit was scheduled for 06/021/14.
- Meeting adjourned @ 7:10.
- Next meeting is scheduled for 7/14/14.
- Meeting scheduled @ 2:00 p.m. for 07/16/14 to accept proposals.
