Minutes of 2/11/14 Meeting @ 6:30 am

Meeting opened @ 6:34 Mike Sullivan– Chairman, Tom Dufault – Vice Chairman, Mark O’Clair, Michelle VanReet, Attorney Paul Cranston and Doug Briggs.
- Accepted minutes of 1/28/14.
- Mike Sullivan reported on conversations he had with a solar operator and Dodge Park.
- Attorney Cranston spoke with Flodesign. Coordination will be made to have equipment on property removed. Board requested wind data from property.
- Reviewed RFP and decided that a further review of legal requirements was needed. RFP will be ready by end of month. Board agreed there was no need for town meeting approval prior to release of RFP.
- Reviewed email from Joe Becker regarding the creation of an enterprise fund. This was left as an open issue.
- Board decided to have property appraised in full. Tom will begin process.
- Several board members will contact Senator Brewer’s office regarding possible grants.
