Minutes of 10/02/14 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:30 Mike Sullivan, Mark O’Clair, Doug Briggs, Michelle Van Reet and Tom Dufault.
- Reviewed and accepted minutes of 9/5/14.
- Brendan Gove of Zero Point Engineering presented a 26.2 acre solar development proposal. This project is contingent upon brownfields designation. Board recommended a review by town counsel.
- Dick Clark from Sweet Pea (a 501c3) expressed interest in obtaining a 1.5 -2 acre parcel to build 4000 sq ft building for 90 animal shelter. Board needs to determine feasibility and purchase option.
- Mark O’Clair made contact with a commercial real estate broker – Mike Jacobs of Glickman & Kovago. This will be discussed at next meeting.
- Next meeting is scheduled for 10/9 @ 6:30 am.
- Meeting adjourned at 7:45.
