Meeting opened @ 6:35 Mike Sullivan– Chairman, Tom Dufault – Vice Chairman, Mark O’Clair, Doug Briggs and Attorney Paul Cranston.
- A review of RFP was conducted with Attorney Cranston. Final copy to be presented at next meeting.
- Establishment of an Enterprise Fund was discussed. The fund would be used as a means to pay back Rutland Heights property bond.
- Attorney Cranston will reach out to Flodesign regarding turbines currently on the property. The board agreed that an exit plan should be created.
- Discussions were held regarding solar development and existing projects in town.
