Meeting opened @ 6:40 Tom Dufault – Chairman, Mike Sullivan – Vice Chairman, Mark O’Clair and Doug Briggs.
- Accepted minutes of 9/5/13 and 9/12/13.
- Reviewed and edited HPDD bylaw for final document.
- Mike in continuing discussion with solar/wind developer.
- No update on possible nursing home / assisted living development.
- Tom is awaiting response from Pare Corp. regarding disposition of driveway/road.
- Tom sent information to Howard Dono, a residential and commercial appraiser, regarding value of front two parcels at property.
- Mike working with Gary Kelleher regarding drainage / repair on heights property.
- Discussed date and agenda for next meeting.
