- Meeting opened @ 5:44 Tom Dufault – Chairman, Mike Sullivan – Vice Chairman, Mark O’Clair, Chris Senecal, Doug Briggs.
- Discussed RDIC membership parameters regarding Tom Defaults’ continued membership. Town bylaws regarding board membership for town residents and non-residents will be reviewed.
- Reviewed and edited HPDD bylaw.
- New business – Mike spoke with a developer regarding the possible development of a solar project on the property. Developed will review property and get back with Mike.
