- Meeting opened @ 5:35 Tom Dufault – Chairman, Mike Sullivan – Vice Chairman, Mark O’Clair, Chris Senecal, with Trish Settles and Vera Kolias of CMRPC. Potential new RDIC member - Doug Briggs - joined the meeting.

Reviewed CMRPC proposal/scope of work
Reviewed avenues of approach
Agreed to pursue Avenue 1 – which is a meeting with real estate and development professionals for informal ground truthing/reality check – this meeting – possibly June 27 - will include a site visit followed by discussion
Discussion of following sequence to Avenue 2 when 1 is complete
- Discussed HPDD review board and made recommendations to HPDD make up and duration – Mike Sullivan will present at later date
- Discussed passing of RDIC member Don D’Auteuil
- Board held discussion on agenda for next meeting which will include a meeting with Rutland Little League representatives
