Minutes of 10/4/13 Meeting @ 6:30 am

Meeting opened @ 6:42 Mike Sullivan– Chairman, Tom Dufault – Vice Chairman, Mark O’Clair and Doug Briggs.
- Accepted minutes of 9/30/13 with revisions.
- Roadway update from Pare Corp. They will prepare lot layout plan and metes and bounds. Rough estimates were provided and board voted to fund.
- Mike provided update on his discussions with solar/wind developer.
- Reviewed Dono and Associates appraisal for front lots. Board voted to fund.
- Discussed roadway layouts being prepared for 11/18/13 Town Meeting. The road will be named Rutland Heights Rd.
- Final HPDD was accepted by RDIC members.
- Public hearing timelines were reviewed.
- Mark will invite Michelle Van Reet to next meeting.
