Present: Norm Anderson (chair), Shawn Moore, Dick Williams, Marilyn Sidoti, David George (town planner)
The board met briefly to discuss articles 20 and 22. Legal had referred to RDIC as Rutland Economic Development Corporation. Bob Reed changed it to Rutland Economic Development Commission. Norm will correct it on the floor to its proper name which is Rutland Development & Industrial Commission.
Dick motioned to close the meeting. Shawn 2nd, all in favor.
